Day Spas

Alright, this day spa day I had was great however I have to say they really should be more informative about what you are getting and maybe even throw out recommendations by the people who work there. I had a body wrap and massage followed by a facial and I am so glad it was in that order because the body wrap was fine but not really all that relaxing, needless to say I don't think I will go back for any body wrap there, the massage was nice although being a cold person I want more heat. The Facial was great although I still think a deeper scrub from these people would be nice it was relaxing, made my skin all soft and young looking and the foot and arm/hand massage that went with it were fabulous although really my favorite part of the whole thing was at the end she ruined my hair do and massaged my scalp and wow was that relaxing I think I could just pay someone to do that for a half hour! Needless to say I will try somewhere else next time for all things included herein and ask lots of questions to make sure you are getting what you want for your gazillions of dollars because really lets remember these people went to school for 2 years at the most and are living the high life?! Maybe I should have gone into cosmetology, who knew it could be so lucrative and have such relaxing benefits?!

To any of you out there who would be getting these treatments or giving them I say everyone deserves a day off just make sure you know what your getting, tour the place, ask if the lights dim, do they offer wine, what is the atmosphere, who would be doing it, can you meet them, what products are used, what do you need to bring to get back to normal when you are done. I mean really some of this stuff I can do at home for 1/50th the cost so it better be good!
