Today I was thinking how cool my kids are. They do very well in school, they have manners and show respect to others, they take care of each other and have a lot of friends, they play neat sports and take very good care of their things, pets, car, computers, furniture, musical instruments, etc.
So, a week in the life of Cohen is 7 high level international baccalaureate and AP classes, FBLA, Knowledge Bowl, Competitive Climbing, and something else I am forgetting. She is up till 10 every night doing school work and competes on the weekends for climbing or knowledge bowl or both and I for one am completely impressed that she does all this drives and maintains a 4.0 GPA and ranks in the top 10 of her graduating class. If that isn't enough she is also a caring friend, sweet daughter, and loving sister. Wow, what a wonderful young lady!
While Caid is not in as much as Cohen she isn't in high school either. Her days are no less daunting though. Caid spends 24 hours a day being her own pancreas while also holding almost all A's in her classes from reading to pre-algebra to latin. She plays the violin in band and volleyball for competition. Caid is so impressive because she counts carbohydrates, makes herself bleed just to see how much sugar there is there, and gives her own medication to even it all up, at the age of 12 she is already a little scientist as well as a social butterfly, flourishing student, loving daughter, rising sports star and fantastic cook. Again I have to brag and say whoa what a fabulous young lady!
So, thanks girls for making me such a proud mom and I hope in the future when you have a fabulous job after you have attained your fabulous college degree you are also able to have someone in your life you can be proud to be a part of. You girls are exceptional! Love You!
